We have prepared a large number of challenges in which you need to use your whole body to clear.
Clear the routes that make use of each wall's individuality 85°~135°.
Largely relying on our store manager Eiji, who has a career of over 10 years,

What to Bring:
Only 4 items are required for bouldering!
- ■ Easy to move-in clothes
- ■ Bouldering shoes(Rental Possible)
- ■ Chalk and a chalk bag(Rental Possible)
- ■ Other small items(towel, drink etc.)
②Safety precautions
When bouldering, there is a possibility of injury even if you follow the rules. So, let's pay attention to the following points to enjoy bouldering!
- ■ Be sure to cut your nails before climbing.
- ■ Before climbing make sure to do some dynamic stretching and warm-up.
- ■ Use chalk and a chalk bag.
- ■ Beware of collisions with other climbers.

You can visit Rock Spot without a reservation.
However, please understand that if you come when it is crowded, only a short lecture will be provided.
If you want to relax and enjoy bouldering for the first time, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

- Q．Is it okay if I am a beginner?
- A．The staff will carefully guide you through the rules and facilities. Please feel free to visit us.
- Q．What clothes and belongings do you need?
- A．You don't need any special tools. Please prepare clothes that are easy to move in and that you don't mind getting dirty.
- Q．Do I need an appointment?
- A．No reservation is required. If you are a first-time visitor, please contact us beforehand and we will be able to guide you smoothly on the day.
- Q．Can kindergarten children use the gym?
- A．Children under elementary school age can only use the ‘kids wall.’
- Q．Is it possible to reserve the entire gym?
- A．Private use is possible. Please contact us for details.
- Q．I used to go to allfoursGYM, do I need to register as a new member?
- A．Customers of allfoursGYM also need to register as a new member. However, we will waive the initial registration fee, so you can use it only with the gym usage fee.
